電路圖的結(jié)構(gòu)

康明斯提供的發(fā)動機(jī)安裝到主機(jī)廠設(shè)備上，需要主機(jī)廠完成一系列的接線，其中包括 ECM的供電電路、發(fā)動機(jī)的啟動電路、油門電路、指示燈和控制開關(guān)電路等等。在康明斯電路圖中通過一根虛線將整個電路圖一分為二，圖中標(biāo)明左邊電路為 OEM（主機(jī)廠）負(fù)責(zé)，右邊電路為康明斯負(fù)責(zé)，即左邊電路由主機(jī)廠負(fù)責(zé)安裝，右邊電路為發(fā)動機(jī)的出廠狀態(tài)。

需要指出的是，在實際的設(shè)備中，主機(jī)廠的電路連接不會完全和康明斯原裝電路圖中的接法一樣。這是因為康明斯電路圖中推薦的接法包含了發(fā)動機(jī)所有的特性，而主機(jī)廠在安裝時有些控制功能可能不啟用，或者在康明斯允許的前提下對電路作一定的改動。

需要指出的是，對康明斯 G-drive機(jī)組驅(qū)動用發(fā)動機(jī)， ECM的供電電路中沒有開關(guān)電源，而只有無開關(guān)電源。
