二、柴油機停增壓器運轉

柴油機運行中如增壓器損壞(如軸承燒毀、葉片斷裂等)而無法修復,則柴油機應轉

入停增壓器緊急運行。此時應對故障增壓器進行技術處理(如鎖住轉軸或吊出轉軸),同時盡快使柴油機恢復運轉。

1、四沖程柴油機的停增壓器運行

四沖程柴油機停增壓器運行時相當于非增壓柴油機。此時依靠活塞的吸排作用,仍可完成換氣沖程,因而柴油機尚可運轉。但因其氣缸充氣量大幅度降低,運轉功率和轉速會明顯下降。

如需長期運轉,則應增大壓縮比提高壓縮壓力以降低排氣溫度;適當調整氣閥正時,減少氣閥重迭角以免廢氣倒沖;適當減小氣閥間隙以免閥桿撞擊。

2、二沖程柴油機的停增壓器運行

當二沖程柴油機停增壓器運行時,本身無法完成換氣過程,因而無法運轉。采取的措施因機型而異。如Sulzer RTAMAN-B&WL-MC機型所采取的應急措施是:

     起動電動輔助鼓風機;

     使用專用工具將增壓器轉軸兩端固定,如應急運轉時間很長,則應拉出轉子并用專

用蓋板封住增壓器殼體兩端;

     從排氣旁通管上拆下封閉盲板,使排氣旁通到煙囪。

三、柴油機拉缸

1、拉缸現象、原因及拉缸前的征兆

見第6頁。

2、拉缸時的應急處理

     早期發現拉缸時應首先加大氣缸滑油的注油量。如過熱現象沒有改變,可采取單缸

停油、降低轉速、加強活塞冷卻等措施,直到過熱消除為止。

     當發現拉缸時,必須迅速降低轉速,然后停車。繼續增加活塞冷卻,同時進行盤車。

但此時切勿加強氣缸冷卻,否則會使拉缸加劇,使事故更惡化。

     如因活塞咬死而不能盤車時,可待活塞冷卻一段時間后,再盤車使之活動。

     當活塞咬死的情況比較嚴重時,可向氣缸內注入煤油,待活塞冷卻后撬動飛輪或盤

車。如活塞仍不能動作時,可將起吊螺栓裝在活塞頂上用吊車吊出活塞。起吊時應邊注入煤油,邊用軟金屬棒敲打活塞頂,慢慢吊出活塞,防止起吊螺栓拉斷或起吊螺孔拉壞。

     吊缸檢查時,應將活塞與缸套表面上的拉缸痕跡用油石打磨平整。損壞的活塞環必

須換新,若活塞和缸套損壞嚴重,應予換新。

     活塞裝復時,必須仔細檢查氣缸上的各注油孔注油是否正常。若活塞和氣缸套均換

新,則在裝復后應進行磨合,磨合時應從低負荷開始逐漸加負荷并連續運轉。

     如拉缸事故不能修復或不允許修復時,可采取封缸的辦法繼續運行。

四、柴油機敲缸

1、敲缸現象

柴油機在運行時產生有規律的不正常異音或敲擊聲,這種現象稱為敲缸。

2、敲缸的原因

   1)燃燒敲缸的原因

     燃油噴射時間過早,使平均壓力增長率和最高爆發壓力增高;

     噴油器的噴嘴針閥在開啟位置卡住發生漏油;

     噴油器彈簧斷裂而漏油;

     噴油器彈簧松動,啟閥壓力下降,噴油提前;

     該缸超負荷運轉,噴油量過大;

     所用燃油的燃燒性能差,發火滯后。

   2)機械敲缸的原因

氣缸上部機械敲缸的原因有:

     第一道活塞環碰到氣缸套上部的磨臺;

     活塞連桿中心線與曲軸中心線不垂直,使活塞有傾斜運動;

     曲柄銷軸承的偏磨引起活塞敲擊聲。

氣缸中部機械敲缸的原因有:

     四沖程柴油機活塞銷間隙過大;

     四沖程柴油機活塞與氣缸套間隙過大;

     氣缸套嚴重磨損。

氣缸下部機械敲缸的原因有:

     十字頭軸承間隙過大;

     十字頭滑塊與導板間隙過大;

     連桿軸承或主軸承間隙過大;

     主要運動部件的螺栓松動。

3、敲缸時的應急處理

     對噴油器進行試壓和調整,必要時予以換新;

     檢查噴油泵的供油量,必要時調整其有效行程;

     檢查和調整噴油定時。

五、柴油機掃氣箱著火

1、掃氣箱著火的原因

掃氣箱著火必須同時具備兩個條件:一是掃氣箱內積聚有大量的可燃物;二是有高溫

火源的存在。

2、掃氣箱著火的現象和預防措施

掃氣箱著火,其現象表現為排煙溫度增加、掃氣溫度提高、煙囪冒黑煙、掃氣箱過熱、打開掃氣箱放泄考克檢查時有煙或火花噴出;柴油機轉速自動下降;與該缸相連的增壓器發生喘振;掃氣箱著火時因壓力溫度急劇升高發生掃氣箱爆炸使安全閥起跳。

預防措施有:

     定期打開掃氣箱的排放閥,放泄殘油;

     定期檢查清潔掃氣空間,避免掃氣空間內積聚油污過多;

     在部分負荷時,減少氣缸油的注入量;

     控制好正常的掃氣溫度;

     避免長時間的低速運行,將造成不良燃燒;

     避免超負荷運行,超負荷加劇磨損和燃氣泄漏;

     在大風浪時降低柴油機的轉速,避免負荷突變的范圍過大;

     正確調整噴油器的霧化狀態;

     正確調整噴油器的噴油定時;

     定期檢查活塞環的狀態,對磨損、斷裂和粘住的活塞環及時更換。

3、掃氣箱著火的應急處理

     首先降低柴油機的轉速,并切斷著火氣缸的燃油供應;

     如火勢嚴重,可立即減速或停車,采取滅火措施;

     采用蒸汽滅火或二氧化碳滅火;

     必要時用溫水噴灑掃氣箱外殼,降低溫度;

     適當加大著火氣缸的滑油注油量,保證缸內充分潤滑;

     火熄滅后應停車檢查。

六、柴油機曲軸箱爆炸

1、曲軸箱爆炸的原因

曲軸箱內油霧濃度達到可爆燃的混合比是爆炸的基本條件;

高溫熱源的存在是爆炸的決定性因素。

2、曲軸箱爆炸的預防

     盡量避免使柴油機出現熱源;

     在柴油機上裝設油霧濃度檢測器;

     采取曲軸箱, 通風措施;

     在曲軸箱的排氣側蓋上裝有防爆門。

3、應急處理

     如發現有爆炸危險的征兆,應立即停車或降速運行,發電機應在轉換負荷后降速運

行。如果發電機停車,自帶的滑油泵和冷卻水泵也會停泵,反而容易在剛停車時發生曲軸箱爆炸。

     在發現曲軸箱有爆炸危險期間,機艙人員不允許在柴油機的裝有防爆門的一側停

留,以免造成人員傷亡。

     當曲軸箱發生爆炸并將防爆門沖開以后,要立即采取滅火措施,但不可馬上打開曲

軸箱道門或檢查孔救火。

     如因曲軸箱內某些機件發熱而停車,至少停車15min后再開道門檢查,以免新鮮空

氣進入后引起爆炸。

     曲軸箱內部的滅火采用裝設在曲軸上的二氧化碳管系把二氧化碳沖入其中。

七、柴油機煙囪冒火

1、煙囪冒火的原因

     油霧燃燒所形成的火花;

     殘油燃燒所形成的火花;

     煙灰沉積物燃燒所形成的火花。

2、煙囪冒火的預防措施

     使柴油機氣缸內的燃燒保持良好狀態;

     加強對各缸燃燒過程的監控,及時發現不正常情況;

     加強廢氣鍋爐的管理,保持良好的燃燒效果;

     選用合適的除碳劑等化學品;

     為保證油輪的安全,煙囪內裝有噴水滅火裝置,防止煙囪冒火。

3、應急處理

     若出現這一類火花,應立即降低柴油機負荷或慢慢停車;

     若出現這二、三類火花,在環境允許的條件下應讓其繼續“噴冒”,使排氣系統內

的油性沉積物盡量吹掉、燒盡。

    ③不要輕易使用滅火設備,特別是二氧化碳滅火設備,以防止高溫金屬因溫度急劇降低而產生爆炸。

八、柴油機連桿螺栓斷裂

1、對連桿螺栓的檢查

     使用放大鏡或肉眼檢查有無缺陷,特別要注意檢查螺栓的頭部、羅紋與羅紋根部。

     用牙規和直尺檢查羅紋的螺距和彎曲情況。

     裝上螺帽,看其是否過松來檢查羅紋的磨損情況,尤其是要檢查螺帽和螺栓頭部與

軸承的接觸面是否均勻接觸,貼合是否好。

     將螺栓用絲繩吊起來,用手錘敲打,與新的螺栓比較它們的聲音來判別有無缺陷和

疲勞程度。

     螺栓若在軸承上、下兩半緊配處的孔中松動,則軸承蓋由于離心力而位移,就會使

螺栓受到剪切力的作用。若上下軸承合縫處露出百合金,則在安裝螺栓時會將其擠出來,或者由于孔邊緣有毛刺,易使螺栓咬死。

     檢查連桿螺栓與螺栓孔的配合間隙,不可過緊。

     檢查定位銷是否松動或磨損。

     上緊螺帽插入開口銷時,應檢查開口銷是否與螺帽上表面接觸。

     測量連桿螺栓的總長以檢查其伸長量。

     中型以下的四沖程發動機連桿螺栓的壽命約為15 00020 000小時。超過此時間,

即使外表上無異狀也應換新。

2、上緊連桿螺栓的注意事項

     必須保持墊片和軸承上下結合面的清潔,確保其完全接觸。

     一般螺栓的緊固狀態幾乎沒有上緊不足的,過度地上緊螺栓將使其疲勞,并不安全。

     兩側的連桿螺栓必須交替上緊而不要造成單邊緊固。應順次增大力量同時又交替地

上緊。上緊的適當,則螺栓的伸長量是一定的。
